The equipment loan period is a maximum of 48 hours on Monday to Wednesday.

Equipment borrowed on Thursday or Friday is due back the following Monday.

Equipment can be picked up after 12 noon on the start date and must be returned by 12 noon on the due date.
Equipment that is not picked up by 4 pm on the start date may be cancelled and reassigned to other borrowers.
You may request up to three separate dates as long as the dates are not back to back.
